More than 300 km of well maintained hiking and mountain trails provide an unforgettable closeness with Nature. Lots of bike routes and racing downhill on scooters promise fun for young and old. The views are unbeatable whether from the tennis court or the heated panorama swimming pool in Adelboden or the public swimming pool in Frutigen.A visit to the Tropical House demonstrates how the warm water coming from the Lütschberg Base Tunnel is used to heat the tropical glasshouses.

72 transport systems and a ski network of over 210 kms make up one of the most attractive and largest ski areas in the Swiss Alps. Snowparks, Freeride area, toboggan runs and cozy mountain huts guarantee pure winter enjoyment. 112.5 prepared winter hiking trails, 21 km cross-country tracks and the Leisure and Sport Arena in Adelboden invite you for sporty activities away from the snow. This is the home of the AUDI FIS-World-Cup-Race for men on the Chuenisbärgli in Adelboden.
